Why I'm Running

I am running for House Representative for Carbon County HD 55 to bring a solid conservative voice to Helena. I will advocate for limited government and the protection of individual rights. My commitment to an America-first approach ensures that we prioritize the rights of our citizens, including parental rights and women's rights. While upholding this office I will bring fresh healthcare initiatives in order to reduce costs and protect patients rights. I am a pro-life candidate. I will fight to reform the Montana Supreme Court to better serve the people. Together, we can create a brighter future for our community.

Background

As a proud homeowner and small business owner in Red Lodge since1999, I have deep roots in this community. With degrees from Montana State University and Calvin College, I've been dedicated to my career as an ICU nurse since 1993. My husband, Daniel, a proud Air Force veteran, and I are passionate about giving back, along with our two daughters who are both educators. We're actively involved in St. John's Lutheran Church in Belfry. My Christian faith guides my values

Community Service

Dedicated to the service of our community, I have a long history of giving back and volunteerism. As Vice-Chair of the Carbon County Republican Women's group and a co-founder and volunteer of the Red Lodge Trump store, I've actively engaged in local political initiatives. My compassion for others is evident by my work as a Red Cross volunteer nurse during Hurricanes Katrina and Rita, being a volunteer nurse for the WWII veterans Honor Flight, and commitment to the Federal Medical Reserve Corps. Dedicated to community beautification, I support Red Lodge Proud and Beautiful and participate in Adopt Highway efforts.
